Gidon did a great job on our relatively new expensive wool rug. A black cup of coffee was spilt on it and it appeared destroyed. Devastated. We were holding our breath to see if it could be saved. You can’t see the mark unless you look hard & know what to look for. It’s new new. Looks fabulous!!! Great service, excellent communication. I highly recommend these people. I had a typical heavy traffic area I felt that they coul clean better than I can, however I never thought for a minute that the rug would come back in such good condition that I cannot tell where the heavy traffic area was. Very affordable, I cannot recommend them enough.
