Gidon was very professional, and personable and smoothly went about the business of collecting my rugs, sorting the invoice, cleaning two very dirty rugs (which I was most embarrassed about the condition of) without a fuss. Nothing was too big a problem. He is conducting a very efficient, professional and effective business. Will definitely recommend this service to my friends and colleagues.

Have just had one rug cleaned and trimmed and looks brand new! Service included pick up and drop off, all very seamless. We have been uneasy about getting our rug cleaned for the first time and are very happy with the result. Thanks!

Gidon did a great job on our relatively new expensive wool rug. A black cup of coffee was spilt on it and it appeared destroyed. Devastated. We were holding our breath to see if it could be saved. You can’t see the mark unless you look hard & know what to look for. It’s new new. Looks fabulous!!! Great service, excellent communication. We are very happy and highly recommend The Oriental Rug Cleaning Company.
Home Owner
I highly recommend these people. I had a typical heavy traffic area I felt that they coul clean better than I can, however I never thought for a minute that the rug would come back in such good condition that I cannot tell where the heavy traffic area was. Very affordable, I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic communication and service! Gidon was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with the results of my wool rug – highly recommend!
Home Owner
Was in serious panic mode with one of our expensive rugs (after a dog accident), and Gidon was fantastic in explaining the process to us for trying to get the stain out. A few days later we had our rug back with us, stain free! Highly recommended.
